At The Caddy's Edge, every alignment stick is handcrafted to order in our Toronto workshop. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations

GTA Local Pickup & Delivery

Based in Toronto, we offer free local pickup and delivery for customers in the Greater Toronto Area. This is the fastest and most cost-effective option for GTA golfers.

Canada

All Canadian orders ship directly from our Toronto workshop via Canada Post. Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code. We offer:

All Canadian orders include tracking and are priced in CAD with applicable sales tax automatically calculated based on your province.

International

We ship to select international destinations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@thecaddysedge.com with your shipping address and order details for a custom quote.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Our Signature Collection features six pre-built stick designs ready for immediate shipment. Orders placed for in-stock Signature Collection products ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom Builds

Every custom stick is built by hand to your exact specifications. Our processing times are:

You will receive a design proof before we begin crafting your custom order. Once you approve the proof, we start the build process.

Shipping Restrictions

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

Delays Beyond Our Control: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, The Caddy's Edge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we package every order with extreme care, shipping carriers are responsible for packages once they leave our workshop.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  2. File a claim with the carrier for lost or damaged items
  3. We're here to help — contact us at hello@thecaddysedge.com and we will assist you in any way we can throughout the claims process

Returns & Exchanges

Because every stick is custom-built to your specifications with personalized engraving and color choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Please review your design proof carefully before approval. If there is an error on our part (incorrect engraving, wrong colors, defective materials), contact us immediately at hello@thecaddysedge.com and we will make it right.
